Please use the contact form to order judgments and decisions of the Constitutional Court. The requested decision will be sent exclusively to your e-mail address.

Please note the following before you order:

• this free-of-charge service is available for judments and decisions from the year 1997 onwards
• You cannot order rulings that have already been published on our website (Selected judgments, Decisions to review a norm). We kindly ask for your understanding. In addition, annotations and comments on rulings cannot be forwarded due to the automatization of the ordering process.
• Furthermore, you can have a look and download judgments and decisions of the Constitutional Court for free via the Legal Information System of the Republic of Austria (from 1980 onwards) and via the ALEX-Database of the Austrian National Library (1919–1979).
